If you’re heading abroad this summer, you’ll want to save your summer shopping until you reach your destination.

Shopping for summer can be super fun but it can also be very expensive once you start adding things to your basket. If you’re looking for a good way to save some money for your holiday, it might be wise to save some of the summer shopping until you actually get there.

Ok, so waiting to buy your summer wardrobe until you get to your holiday might seem a bit weird, but let’s face it with the hot summers we’ve been enjoying in the UK recently there should be plenty of time to wear your new clothes after you get home too.

If Zara is a summer staple for you and you’ve got a holiday booked to Spain or another European country such as Greece, France or Italy, you might want to hold off on the shopping.

Zara is a Spanish company which means that you’ll actually find it a LOT cheaper in Spain and other mainland European countries than in the UK. This could be because of import taxes and of course, Brexit which has increased the prices of many imported products in the UK.

So, if you are flying to Spain, France or Greece this summer you might want to hold off on your Zara shopping spree until you get there, as you’re sure to save lots of money.

If you’re wondering how much you could save, the Chambray Blazer with Elbow Pads is listed on the Spanish Zara website for €99.95, whereas on the UK website, it’s £129. This converts to roughly £86, so this is a pretty huge saving.
