Get Paid £20,000 To Be A Video Game Character

Fancy being your own video game character? Well, you’re in luck!

If you’ve ever thought about what it would like to be a character in a video game, Pringles is looking to make this a reality for one lucky person.

This once-in-a-lifetime role could see you being transformed into a non-playable character (NPC) where you’ll have your face immortalised into the game!

The chosen candidate will appear as a Pringles vending machine refiller NPC in the game Train Sim World 2, which will be available to play with the Xbox Game Pass. Oh, and if that wasn’t enough, you’ll also get paid £20,000 for the opportunity too, so while your character is stacking pringles in the game you can be living your best life in real life.

So, how do you apply for this dream position? Well, applications are now open and will close on the 6th July 2022, so you have time to get your application in and think of the best way to win. You’ll need to post a creative image or video with a Pringles can and explain why you’d be the best person for the job in under 50 words on either Instagram or Twitter, with the hashtag #PringlesStayInTheGame and tagging @Pringles.uk.

Pringles will then choose a shortlist of 50 potential winners who will be judged on their creativity and originality and the winning candidate will then have their likeness virtually reproduced to appear in the game from September. The runner-up may not get to appear in the game or be paid the £20,000 but they will get a customised Pringles Xbox Series S, which is a pretty good secondary prize.

Love Island presenter Iain Sterling has partnered with Pringles to help find the ideal candidate and will be helping to judge the entries and inspire people to get involved in the competition.

So, if this sounds like your dream job opportunity it’s time to start thinking creatively and get your applications in!
