Frightmare 2.0 are hiring scare actors for its three-week-long event that goes on throughout October and into November.
It’s a chance to earn some extra cash, experience something new, and do what you love most—freaking people out.
What is Frightmare?
Originally held at over Farm Market, Frightmate has been going or 20 years long in Gloucestershire. This year, they’re moving away from the farm and into spooky abandoned buildings in the city. There’s even talk of hosting in various cities across the country!
What jobs are available at Frightmare?
Some of the jobs advertised range from being a paid scare actor, a make-up artist, ticketing, bars, hosting attractions, attendants, retail, and even front of-house staff. You must be local or prepared to make the trip over.
If it’s acting and scaring people you’re after, you’ll be pleased to know that previous experience in acting isn’t necessary.
What dates do I have to work at Frightmare?
October 8, 14, 15, 16, 20, 21, 22, 23, 27-31 and November 4 and 5. Hours will be from 17:30 to 23:30 each night. Priority will be given to those with the best availability.
Due to the nature of the job, performers under 18 years old must have parental consent and must have completed GCSE examinations. They won’t accept applications from anyone under 16 years old.
