I think that when you're at university it's clear that you should never leave your room unlocked. More than this, you should never leave your room unlocked and then go away for a long period of time. Essentially, if you don't want to return to a room full of pictures of David Hasselhoff you should never let anyone in your room ever. That's not so hard right?
Well it turns out it is. The problem at hand seems to be that if you do insist on having a family and friends then you are putting yourself at a severe disadvantage when it comes to getting pranked. Other things to look out for include wholesale quantities of post-it notes, huge piles of plastic cups and strange men in emergency tape, apparently.
Essentially what we are trying to say here is that you are NEVER safe from getting your room turned upside down (sometimes literally). I guess all that's left to do is embrace it:
This may have taken some time... In this case, don't let anyone into your corridor.
Not sure if zero gravity or duct tape.
He'll never ditch his mates to go on holiday with his girlfriend again.
The Great Wall of Emergency Tape.
Nicely gift-wrapped for him/her of their return. How considerate.
Maybe empty your bins before you leave as well.
A cressboard! Anyone for a game of cress?
Don't let drunks into your room. If you do, then surround them with bottles.
Well that's just messy...
This will be surprisingly well received if he fancies himself.
A nice windy autumn's day inside this poor person's room.
Who wouldn't love to return home to this? Well, me, but it is kind of awesome.
Popcorn carpet. Now all your need is a film and a bucket of laminate flooring.
This may well not be a prank. Another tip. Don't let people have parties in your room.
I actually wish someone had done this to me.
I do not like the tape. No.
I hope these are full of water. I really do.
Kindly wrapped in newspaper. Well I guess some sort of wrapping is better than none right?
Post-it noted. With love.
Foam party! Where? In my room?!...
Someone's thought this through.
It's snowing! In my room?!...
Very clever. How do you stick a bed to the ceiling?
At least the rest of their room is probably tidier now.
