Table tennis toddler becomes smash YouTube hit
Miniature ping pong pro hits web with incredible table tennis skills...
We just can't get enough of these sporty young'uns here at Beans HQ. First there was the pair of kids who starred in the most intense taewkwondo fight we have ever seen and now? Now we've gone all gaga over little Jamie, the future ping pong pro.
This YouTube video of Jamie - or Mini Forrest Gump, as we like to call him - shows him sat on one side of a table tennis table whilst his dad bats ping pong balls for him to swat back.
Rather than getting bored and trying to crawl away from the pressure like some toddlers might, Jamie demonstrates the reflexes of a ninja and a steely determination to smash back every ball that heads his way. And he's quite good at it too. In fact, he's so good that by the end of the video, he's gained such a momentum that his dad ends up taking many a hit to the face. There's no denying it: the kid has balls.
The table tennis prodigy might not be able to talk yet but he's already become an internet sensation, with the video having received almost 850 thousand views on YouTube thus far. Word on the street is that even chat show host Ellen DeGeneres has been in contact about getting him on the show. Although we're thinking not much 'chatting' would occur if this was to actually happen...
