Why haven't I received my account activation email?
If the email doesn't reach your inbox virtually instantly, you'll probably find it in your Bulk / Junk email folder. However, if you still haven't received it after an hour or so, you can resend your activation email here.

I am a student but I don't have a student card, what do I do?
If you do not have a student card and you are currently a student you can obtain an ISIC card from STA Travel. We are pleased to be able to offer you a discount on your student card! This discount card will not only give you access to all of studentbeans.com offers but also regular discounts at Cinemas, Music and lots more. Once logged in you can find further details of the ISIC card in the Best of The Rest category.
Do I need to be a student?
Yes, to use studentbeans.com vouchers you need be to a student. The vouchers are validated on redemption by a student ID card.
How do I print an offer voucher?
Access the voucher, click on the printer icon, on the top right of the page, and follow the instructions. If you have any problems printing, please contact us.
