Whether you're sunning it up on a beach in Spain or roaming the streets of Tokyo, pack these 10 travel essentials and you'll be sure to look glam wherever in the world you are this holiday.
Sunscreen - Looking like an overcooked lobster will never help you start off that perfect holiday romance nor will it grab you those amazing bargains so make sure you have a bottle full of SPF goodness on you at all times.
Shoes - Range is crucial. Ensure you have a pair of cute flip flops there as well as killer heels for your nights out (bonus points for a comfortable pair!) If you think you're unfortunately going to be climbing mountains make sure you have the right socks and shoes as broken ankles might just ruin your holiday.
Bathing suit - If there ain't a beach there will be a swimming pool and your friends/ holiday fling will insist you go. Whether it's a barely-there bikini or a simple one piece get ready to make a splash.
Wraps - Doubling up as both a sarong for those breezy nights at the beach and a shawl to battle the air-conditioning indoors, a wrap will ensure you won't look like you're coming down with a bad case of pneumonia.
Bags - Girls- a sexy shoulder bag which is big enough to hold all your shopping is perfect. Boys- carry a satchel / sports bag with ample space for your girlfriend's shopping because a "big enough" bag doesn't exist. NO backpacks (fanny-packs are social suicide in every country.)
Waistcoat - The ultimate fashion weapon. Guys and girls, slip on this little number and even the plainest tee will go from drab to dazzle, perfect for that transfer between a day at the beach to a night out in town.
Sunglasses - The sexiest way to keep the unearthly glare of the sun out of your eyes whilst also avoiding eye contact with the local perv/ psycho stalker at your hotel/ beach/ favourite shopping spot.
Gadgets - You don't want to be losing your cool in front of Mr./ Miss Hotstuff over there whilst trying to remember where the hotel is and so a mobile with important contact numbers keyed in is vital. Don't forget chargers and any adaptors you might need.
Phrasebook- It's never fun to find out you've ordered duck's spleen or asked for directions to the outskirts of the country when you're on holiday. To look suave and completely in touch with your host culture, a pocket dictionary with key phrases marked out is always helpful.
