It doesn’t have to be some kind of semi automatic petrol operated 50 gallon soaker, in fact smaller is much better for tucking in a bag and using when the time is just perfect.
The summer presents so many opportunities for water pistol fun, what with friends and loved ones involved in so many quiet, lazy, yet public moments - sunbathing, dozing, absorbed in a book, an ice-cream, their scrabble letters...
Just one well timed squirt can rocket the whole world to life, releasing laughter, excitement, vendetta, grudge and possibly, all-out, full-scale war.
