1 . Water
Yes, it's an oldy but it's a goody. The first thing we all need on a hangover is water.
We all know it's important to keep hydrated and providing you drink loads of the stuff before hitting the sack, you could wake up relatively hangover-free. It's not the nicest thing, downing pints of water before bed, but if you can remember to do it (that's the trickiest part), then DO.
You'll probably be craving caffeine in the shape of a delicious coke can or a steaming cup of coffee but these won't help you in the long run. They'll give you an instant sugar/caffeine boost but you could come crashing down from that soon after. And nobody wants that.
If water's not your bag, then fruit juice can also help when drunk before bed as the vitamin C will make your liver process the alcohol faster.
