As good as it might feel to fester in bed on a hangover, it can help to get some fresh air into your system. It'll help to energise you for the day and will make you feel less tired.

If you're not ready to be in a vertical position just jet, crawl to your window and open it up. If anything it'll help get that stale alcohol stink out of the room.
