We know. This option involves a LOT of motivation but it can work wonders.
Exercising will help rid your body of those toxins you necked the night before. We're not going to lie, sweating one out on the treadmill will be fairly hellish at first but once your endorphins start going, you'll feel like a new (wo)man.
Watch out though, you're likely to be seriously dehydrated so take it easy and drink lots of water.
