Eggs are delicious and they're also good for your brain.
They contain choline, which is a fat-like B vitamin. Studies have shown choline supplementation enhances memory and reaction time in animals and also enhances memory in people. You are both an animal and a person, so this bodes well for you.
Eggs had a bad time of it back in the 80's and 90's. They told you not to have more than three a week because they thought they were bad for your heart. However eggs have been brought in from the cold, because this thinking has been revised. The eggs are all right. The British Heart Foundation, sees no problem with you having an egg a day.
