M&C Saatchi (UK) Group is using its creative philosophy, ‘Brutal Simplicity of Thought’ as a vehicle to identify Britain’s next generation of creative talent. In a national competition, the agency will crowdsource contributions to the second edition of its Brutal Simplicity of Thought book and reward the best contributor with a three month paid internship in its London team..
Entrants can browse existing examples of the philosophy, ranging from the humble paper clip to the London Underground via the Brutal Simplicity of Thought website.
All contributions will be judged by Jeremy Sinclair and the book’s Art Director, Bill Gallacher.
The idea that most epitomises the philosophy being rewarded with a three-month paid internship at the agency’s offices in London’s Golden Square, working across a range of creative departments and briefs.
The competition closes at midnight GMT on July 31st 2012, with the winner notified within three weeks of the closing date.
