Why haven't I received my account activation email?
If the email doesn't reach your inbox virtually instantly, you'll probably find it in your Bulk / Junk email folder. If you still haven't received it after 30 minutes, you can request for it to be resent here. back to top
I'm having trouble logging in. What could be going wrong?
To log in to studentbeans.com, please make sure that:
- You have activated your account.
- You enter your username and password using the same case you registered with - these are case-sensitive. If you have forgotten your password, you can get it reset here.
- You have cookies enabled in your web browser.
- If you are getting a message saying your account has been blocked, please wait until it is unlocked.

I am a student but I don't have a student card, what do I do?
If you do not have a student card and you are currently a student you can obtain an ISIC card from STA Travel. We are pleased to be able to offer you a discount on your student card! This discount card will not only give you access to all of studentbeans.com offers but also regular discounts at Cinemas, Music and lots more.
