The perfect candidate will need to have proven experience of working in a similar enviroment, have great communication skills and work effectvely under pressure staying calm and friendly, this will also involve following :

• Be specifically responsible for maintaining YO! Sushi's high standards of operation in the areas of food quality, service quality, equipment, cleanliness and maintanance, atmoshphere and high performance as part of a team.
• Be extremley vibrant and passionate about hospitality placing upmost focus on reading and understanding customers needs

• Actively sell and promote YO! Sushi menu dishes and products helping deliver exeptional service and enhanced customer experience

• Report to your direct manager and support the operation of the unit.
