* Strong object-orientated PHP/MySQL

* Strong hand-built XHTML/CSS
* Understanding of user interface,
* SEO and overall user experience
* Understanding of Web and Accessibility standards
* Photoshop/Illustrator/Flash experience a bonus
* Be a recent graduate or graduating in summer 2008
